Brad makes everyone around him feel welcome with his giant smile and blue eyes. He loves to joke and create laughter all around him. I don't think I've met anyone he can't get along with or at least have a conversation with. My heart melts every time I see him with children because of the joy in his eyes and the laughter that comes from the kids. Whenever we hang out with people with kids, Brad has a tendency to get the kids very hyper right before bed time, but they love it.

He loves to make up silly songs about Roxy and I can't wait to hear what he comes up with when we have kids. I think that if we adopt a boy, Brad and him will be the best of buds and if we adopt a girl, she will have him wrapped around her finger in no time. Brad has a very tender heart and is ready to share some of that love with a child.

As a spouse, he is so respectful, thoughtful and caring towards me. Those were a few of the things that I was attracted to when I first met him. He always opens my car door and is constantly thinking of things that will make me happy. He will be a great example to our children as to how a husband should treat his wife and care for his family.

Brad is the youngest of two children. Both he and his sister were adopted at birth. He grew up in Sandy, Utah and lived in the same home until he served his mission in El Salvador. He speaks spanish fluently and uses it when he can. After his mission he attended BYU and received a bachelor degree in business management.

After BYU Brad went straight to law school. He felt that going to law school would be a good way to support his family and provide the things for them that he didn't have growing up. Together we decided that it was important for me to be able to stay home with our children, which was another reason for going to law school.

After graduating in 2013 he started working at the bankruptcy court. He has loved his job and is excited to join a law firm in September.

Brad loves all things sports - going to events, watching on TV and playing. In high school he played on the basketball team for one year and then decided to form a recreation team with all of his friends because it was more fun. He loves to go golfing as much as he can.

Another thing Brad is passionate about is grilling or smoking food. He is so good at it and everything he makes is absolutely delicious. We like to have people over for dinner so he can try new recipes and so that we don't have to eat the same thing for a week.  

I admire Brad's way of life - simple, but happy. He doesn't need much to make him happy and I have rarely seen him have a bad day. He will make an amazing father. He will be selfless, supportive and has so much love to share with a child.
